General Terms:

Driving license: The rented car driver must hold a valid driving license issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must hold either a driving license issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving license.

Age Of The Driver: The minimum age limit in Cyprus is 21 years and the driver has to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 3 years. An additional charge is applied for young drivers between 21 and 25 years of age.

Additional Driver: Adding a second driver in the rental agreement entails surcharge of 5 euro per day (VAT included).

Minimum Rental Period: Three days car Rentals

Mileage: All our rentals includes 2000 km per monthly rental.

Refuelling Charge: The hirer must deliver the car with the same petrol quantity as it accepted it otherwise refuelling charges may apply.

Delivery and Collection: Delivery and Collection in Nicosia area is free of Charge.

Delivery at Larnaca Airport is charged  at 20 euro per route.

Delivery to other locations is available upon request and will be charged.

Payment: Payment is made upon delivery of the car, no deposit is taken prior to the rental day.

Cancellation Fees: There are no cancelation fees.

Traffic Fines: Traffic fines and any other consequences are the responsibility of the hirer.

Territorial Restrictions:  Rentals in Northern Cyprus are not allowed.

Extension of Hire: Car hires can be extended depending on availability.

Booking Quotes: Quotes are valid for five days.

Children Safety Seats: Available upon reservation at a rate of 5 euro per day (VAT included).

Car insurance :Rental fee includes Third party insurance.

Full insurance can be applied to long term rentals of 6 month period and more with an addition charge depending on the vehicle category.

Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (C.D.W)Collision damage waiver insurance means that Kitsios Rentals rented vehicle is insured towards collision damages (material damages) also caused by the renter, but with an excess amount to pay.  

No Insurance Coverage Shall Apply To:

Damage caused to the car’s tires, windscreen, windows or bottom.
Loss or theft of personal items kept in the car.

Any incident taking place while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
Accidents caused by a driver who has not been stated in the rental agreement.
